here is an idea for a new forum rule and I may do that on mine as well:
not being able to post live links or have a signature until someone made 15 posts. Spammers normally don't hang in long enough and if they do, they will give away their intentions withint prolly 3 posts

Yeah, but keep it to a small number, like 5 posts.
There's one forum I go to that has one forum, where you need to have 25 posts to qualify to post... And the "general" forum doesn't count... So you need to be a PHP expert to request PHP service... It's rediculious, and I don't go back there.
