Some good responses. Thanks! I'll be in attack mode tomorrow on the phones. I'll see how it goes.

Its true it might be a good idea to stay in contact with a drip, after you talked to them. Some agents are flakes and once they see how seriously you take care of you business. I'm sure a small number will convert. I just hate being used.

What if a visitor says he is buying within 1 to 2 months and also that he is working with another agent, yet goes to your site everyday for a week but never replies to your emails? Do you block their access?

I’ve had that happened and it makes me mad!

I think it is fun to watch! Your brand has penetrated their brain.

It is also fun to watch agents register on your site and use like crazy.
And best of all is the buyer prospect using your "e-mail to a friend" function to communicate with their agent.

Don't fret, you can't have it all, and more than likely wouldn't enjoy working with some of these persons.

I do delete the Joe Blow's, etc. so that they have to reregister if they want to see any more and especially love getting them deleted when they are fresh on the site.

I agree with Cal. Just don't let it bother you.
