    Default What would you outsource?

Hi, I’ve been doing internet marketing for a while now, and I offer my services to people who feel their strength lies in other areas than the technical part of online marketing (or people who simply want consulting about what to implement/change). I’m experienced with ppc, seo, analytics, sales testing and affiliate marketing as I’ve worked with several different websites in several different niches. But now I am very interested in learning about real estate so that I can eventually take on clients from that market.

I’m curious about what part of the online marketing process you as real estate webmasters would be interested in outsourcing? Also, if you were hiring someone to do some part of the marketing process (such as splittesting of landing pages or ppc etc), what literature/websites would you like the person you hire to be familiar with?

Not trying to pitch anything here (yet ) but any input you could give me would be great…

I would be careful with the yet as we frown on self promotion on the forums.

As a general rule of thumb - let me summarize - if you can provide a service that Realtors are already having to do themselves in such a way that you can do it more effectively (Higher ROI) or as effectively with a lower cost (Costs them less money and saves them considerable time so they can be out selling real estate) - then they would likely be all over it.

If I could outsource anything it would be the time consuming process of permanent link building.
