Black Widow Network

Has anyone use Black Widow Network? I just recently found out about it and I was wondering if anyone else has used it.

Seems as if it is a paid thing - not sure what the fees are, but I don't consider "paid" social networking as true social networking (In a generic sense) - I don't know - They say they are giving away memberships for "free" but after 4 quarters they start charging you, and you have to give them your credit card even to sign up for the "free" membership - I am completely unwilling to do that.

Paid sites like that always blow my mind...there are so many great, free communities to join, I just don't know how places like these think they're going to get any membership. shah...so nineties

Is the cc information required after you waste time filling in join now info? might have potential if it was true free network set up to connect investors, contractors, vendors, sellers, owners etc.

BlackWidowNetwork.com is, indeed, a free network. I hope this isn't seen as self-promotion as much as it is clarification of this thread. Here's the full deal;

FREE STUFF - All networking, all online communication, searching for deals, sending messages to the 'hard money hub' (to find new hard money lenders), blog, podcasts, articles, forum, finding service providers, finding contractors, finding tennent buyers, finding killer applications/products/software. Yep, all free.

KINDA FREE STUFF - If you'd like to pay us to post deals we'll gladly take the money ... BUT, we agree with Eric Bramlett, that there are lots of really great online services, and growing our network is way more important than charging for posting. Soooo, what we've created as an alternative to paying is, if you sign up and complete your profile we'll give you a posting "credit" ... if you invite another investor who signs up, we'll give you a credit ... if you invite contractors, more credit .... post to the blog, a credit ... submit a great article, more credit. Bottom line; If you're even remotely active on the network, everything is free.

Again, I hope everyone doesn't see this as self-promotion as much as it what it was intended to be ... clarification of this thread.
