SOLD properties showing up in the Actives in my IDX

Hi Guys,

My IDX has several properties that are showing as "active" and for sale, when in fact they were off the market and SOLD last year...
is there any way I can fix this?

Seems like there might be a fairly decent legal problem if I show homes for sale on my site that are not in-fact for sale

Hi Rus,

Nice to see you back on the fourms ... this was caused by a change that Sandicor made to their Data files. I have removed them for you.

Did you get the notification of the upcoming changes to the sandicor Feed? We'll need to have you approve some billable time ( about 4hrs ) to switch your site over to the new feed. They sent this message

The FTP site where you get your IDX data will be discontinued as of the first quarter of 2008.

Let us know if you didn't get the email and we'll resend.

Yes - Reed is handling the paper work for the switch over.

Has Sandicor provided any updates on this RETS transition? It must be right in the middle of the first quarter of 2008.....

So where are we then guys? I have had so many people complain lately that it shows listings and then when they click it the listing isn't available... I think there are still several "off the market" listings somehow in the idx....

Any word on where to go from here?
