    I'm also using Firefox on the Mac, and I found a workaround for our problem. In the View > Zoom menu, make sure Zoom Text Only has a checkmark next to it. Then hit command-dash (the command key plus the minus sign) to reduce the text on the page. That will shrink the box on the left so the green arrow graphic comes out of hiding. Voilà, no PC needed! (Now, if it would only work in Safari.)

    I am a rock. I can't find the Zoom Menu....is it in the view window that pops up when inserting a photo..

    Nope. Even simpler than that. It's in your brower menu. Have fun!
