Default I am lost back there...

I cannot figure out the difference between document...template... No clue where to begin to set up campaigns, manage groups. Are there basic instructions how to maneuver around ...

Susan, if you could tell me specifically what you would like to learn today, I am happy to write you a tutorial.

Just a few notes from your comments:
In managing your documents - you will first want to use the category manager to create categories in which you will place your documents.

Once you have categories set up you click "Add Document" and it opens up the add document screen. You must give your document a unique name, and select a category to assign it to.

Then just write away There is a full wysiwyg for you there and when you are done writing your document (A newletter, an email whatever you like) click the green "Add Document" button at the bottom left.

Templates are html email templates - If you want your documents to be sent wrapped in an html email template, you create them here - I moved the one over for you that Ryan created.

After a document is finished and saved, whenever you go to email someone, instead of having to write out a custom email, you can just select your document from a the "pre built message" dropdown (Or of course you can write a custom email each time)

OK Morgan, I know you said no "suggestions". However, Susan's problem will be a very common one, and ongoing, so this one should actually save you and your support staff countless hours of answering telephone and forum questions, starting immediately:

In the "Action" boxes, you should have a "help" link to a one page tutorial / help page for that topic. Because it would be built into the backend itself, it would only be available to logged in users.

IMO, any application that does not have some kind of built-in help system is seriously flawed, and will be a support nightmare.

Actually Ronnie, that is already built into the system, I just haven't finished writing the tutorials yet - All of the new CMS's are supported by a universal language file where I can update the instructions as well as embed links for tutorials etc - As I compile and write them, they will become available in the backend for users - in the meantime - we do have a support system, it is called the REW Forums

Without even getting to the document, template, category, group differences.......I'm trying to figure out why one of the leads in there...Charles is in a different section from the rest...I cannot seem to move him or even determine why...what this means. Morgan, is it possible to have some sort of on-line tutorial where you or someone can run thru all the various function actually showing us how to do these things and how this works....webinar or huge conference call???

    Susan,
As I said, I am currently working on the write-ups - in the meantime, if you have a "specific" question or many of them, by all means, this forum was created to help you, so ask away - What is it you are trying to do?

Wow, Susan, I thought I knew what I was doing and I have no clue about what you are asking about. Guess I need to pay more attention here and figure out what I am missing out on!

OK...can we start with this.....I do not want to put a screen shot as it has some names in there, but if you take a look, you'll see what I mean.

What are the differences/uses for Groups...Documents...Campaigns. Also if I go into a lead, am I supposed to accept it? There is a tab called File within the lead details and I have an option to add/upload a file...I don't know what this is for either. I'm sorry...I don't mean to be a pain, really I don't
