Susan, before I answer these questions, I have one question for you - are you wanting to work as an admin, or as an agent (Either one is fine) you would want to work as an agent IF you are planning on adding more members to your team later on.

It's all Good Susan, Let's start with understanding your summary screen before you get into campaigns, groups and the like. Your lead will appear to be gone (Charles) because by default when you open up your lead manager it opens up to "todays leads" - You can change it to this week, or this month on the right hand side - if you change the range, you will see Charles re-appear.

Here you go Susan, I don't want to give you to much to deal with at once, but this post on "groups" should really give you a good start in setting up and understanding your lead management system: http://www.realestatewebmasters.com/...rey/4269/show/

Hey guys....its getting closer, but still now working. I can add groups, but if I click on leads to add them into the group, just won't work. I did it once and when I went in I was able to see the leads, so continued assigning......then when I went back, the first group was gone...just not holding. When I go to manage groups and it reflects each group, I should be able to click on that group and pull up all the leads assigned in there...apparently my leads have a mind of their own. Please, fix.

OK, I will ad my question here I set up a group, but I don't see an option to email the group. When I go to email leads I don't see an option to choose that group. How do I send an email to a group?

and if I set up a template how do I use that template to send an email? Do I choose a template and a document in tandem? and is there a way to preview what I am sending out?

When you are in manage groups, click not on the group name, but on the number of leads in that group. Click "select all" and you will see that on the right hand side there is an "email leads" option.

Under the documents tab in the lead manager, you can add a new template and when you want to use it, the template will be accessible in the drop-down menu in your emails.

I suggest that you make a test campaign and email yourself to preview what you are sending out.
