Ft. Myers IDX not pulling Gulf Access properties

Hey folks,

Just was made aware that the Ft. Myers/Cape Coral IDX is not pulling any Gulf Access properties from the search page. For example, if you select City = Cape Coral, Single Family and Waterfront = Gulf Access you get no results found. There are 1,194 homes available with that description.

Could you please check this out for me.

I need to have it looked at, as Gulf Access is the number 1 thing people search for here.

I've taken a look at this issue ... I have got it so that it will display 13 listings ( currently) that are Gulf Access in Cape Coral. I am thinking that there is alot more than 13. It appears that the issue is that in the FTP feed that your site is using does not have the "Gulf Access" yes no field like the MLS has ... The solution is to add that field from the RETS feed to yours. I will get that taken care of as soon as possible.
