Hey guys!
I am hoping someone here can help me understand what's up. I have a blogger blog that is hosted on a local university website. I love the blog, and it's very effective at sending me traffic. When I make changes to the index page of the blog, it ranks well within a day for the terms in the new blog post.
HOWEVER, the new individual blog posts DO NOT show up--- just the index page. I am guessing that it's a duplicate content issue, since the older posts normally show up.
Anyone have any ideas? How do you counter balance this? I mean-- it's great the index page shows up, but I'd like for the individual posts to show up instead for those terms, so that the end user can navigate directly to the content he/she is looking for.
Should I take the new posts off the index page of the site? Or make it where the index page only displays ONE post?
