snippet help please

I still need to get correct area or city codes so I can continue on building. Should I forward the list of what I received from Reed to have it reviewed. As I mentioned in an earlier thread Live Oak shows as a city and so does Rio del mar on the cities list.One works, the other doesn't.

I also need a snippet for San Lorenzo Valley, which covers areas 34-38.

Also seem to get getting the whole mls for my senior one, but am missing a number of the ones in Santa Cruz county that are here. Will a county code search work?

Also on the short sale snippet am still not getting all. There is a field called "short sale" I believe in the sale type field.Is it possible to have that in the same snippet as the short sale which is usually only an agent remark field?

Can I have the bank owned snippet along with the short sale or foreclosure in the same search so that whatever is in any of those fields or remarks come up in my same snippet search?

Yes we do, and some day you will clean out the junk ones that we couldn't figure how to make them work.That will hopefully be starting soon as I need to get stuff indexed. Thanks



Also can you get me a limiter so that I get 5 listings per page. I seem to be running off the page or have very long pages and not sure how to get those limited.

You can use this code to limit the number of properties that show per page

Correct. As long as it's above the lines that start off with "include"

Thanks, how does one have the start price not at the high end for the default? I am starting to get some of these going,finally, thanks.Having the correct area codes does make a difference.

Try these lines of code
