Default "My Listings" in external site

Not sure if this is the right place, but I'm a web designer and have set up a site for a real estate broker. He uses Paragon to manage his listings. I've managed to get an iframe working for the search listings portion, but I am completely stuck trying to add "My Listings" (what he himself has out on the market)
I'd like it to be dynamic, so he's not bugging me to update it all the time, so figured there has to be a way similar to how the search works that I can add it, but I cannot find any resources through Paragon or online in general about how to do so.
when I use the link for his listings:
    http://steamboat.fnismls.com/idx/idx...a25&Featured=1
it just takes me to a search, which, when I search, does bring up just his listing, but I don't want the user to actually have to click anything, they should be able to click "Featured Listings" and it sees what he's got and pulls it right up.

ANY help would be much appreciated. There apparently is no standard for this stuff which makes it VERY hard to decipher
    Thank you in advance

Well, you use from paragon the iframe solution. This means you just have to iframe that url and you're done ... thing is with the iframe you can't have featured listings. You can just iframe their url and that's it. If you use the feed from paragon, you can have featured listings and all of that. You don't have to update it all the time, you just have to add the import scripts on cron so they are ran daily. You should use their feed, it's better for SEO as well

    You totally confused me now..
Doesn't make sense I can code and design the hell out of anything, except apparently real estate

AS i know, from the mls you can have the information in two ways - one is iframe, second one is listing's information.
With iframe, you just have to add the url they give you in a iframe and that's it - you have the search page, search results page and listing view page.
With listing's information, which can be by daily files, RETS, ..., you have the information about the listings(city, zip, ...) which you have to import them in a database. You have to build a searchpage, search results page, listing view page, but you also have to build the rest of the pages, contact form and some more.

so essentially I need to build a database to get the "My listings" dynamically and spit them out, even though he doesn't have very many listings and it will rarely change

methinks a static page is a lot easier at this point
I have all the other pages: www.mountwernerrealty.com and as you can see the Search Listings works great.
I was just hoping there was a way to pull the search of his listings only without the web-site go-er clicking "Search Listings" to bring up his one and only listing
