Lead Managment Software - Client Organizer

anyone have any suggestions on lead management software that will assist in distributing leads to agents. Ex. 5 agents with 100 leads per day, looking for something automated that will evenly distribute leads without having to manually forward. even better, something that will integrate into Outlook.

also, anyone have any suggestions on managing client files. I believe dfw mls has transaction manager built into NTREIS system, but looking for something that allows you to enter multiple agents and organize client files according to status...pending, closed etc.

has anyone used? any feedback? curious if you can integrate into outlook rules. Ex. lead received automatically forwarded and then sent to specific agent folder for filing.

I use Top Producer, but I am going to be honest - The REW IDX with lead management looks like it is going to be a blessing and much easier for my Buyer Specialists to learn and follow up with leads on. Top Producer is a great database tool, but very complex and difficult for the less tech savvy, which is going to be your Buyer Specialists more than likely. TP is more of a do everything application and I just want to have a simple online lead management not only for me, but for the persons working with me. The REW lead management looks like I will be able to train agents in one sitting and then turn them loose.

You can look at www.vobre.com. They seem to have what you are looking for at a good price. They actually offer a Website, 24 Virutal Tours, Fax to email, Call Capture Service and a Listing Feedback service for $14.95 a month. I am real happy with their service.
