Drip e-mails

I was upgraded to the new CMS on 2/14 and set up a drip mail e-mail campaign with the first e-mail scheduled for 1 day delay. I set myself up to receive the drip and have not gotten an e-mail. Please check and see why they haven't gone out. Are they supposed to come the same time everyday or based on the time of day I put them into the drip?

Can anyone tell me about the drip e-mails? It is important to me to get this working right away.

Assuming that you are asking what is a drip email...drip email is a system that will send your clients an email at some interval that you set up an email of your choice to keep in front of your client...so yes it is important to setup a drip email system...fully automatic and nothing you have to do after you set it up

rmasse10, thanks, but I know what drip e-mail is. I am trying to get the new V2 CMS to send my drip e-mail campaign out. It is not working and I am waiting for a response from REW about fixing it.

Hello Eddy

I believe I have fixed the issues with the campaigns and the saved searches. I have just run the scripts and the campaign email for day 1 was sent out as well as the saved searches for today. They should all run tomorrow at about 9 am your time. I will be keeping an eye on this to make sure everything goes ok.
