Adding Favorites or Saved Searches for Users

Does V 2.0 have any way for me to add a favorite or saved search for one of my users? This feature was in V 1.0.

HI Eddy,

That must have been a custom feature for you in Version 1. I don't remeber us adding the ability for the admin to add favorites listings to users. Adding Saved searches I know we did.

I've sent this post over to the V2 developers who will be back in Monday and provide you with answers.

There was never the featured to "add favorites" to a customers account in version 1.0 - if you had that, it would have been custom. Saved searches should be in there, I will address it with Steven Monday as well.

I'm interested in this too. I'm not too concerned about adding favorites, but I thought when we spoke there was a way for us to set-up a lead with an automated home search?

Hey Calum, this is actually a feature available to be built in (For custom IDX users only) - it is not setup standard in CMS 2 as not everyone has an IDX - but Eddy now has this featured (Adding saved searches / automated emails) - I will make sure yours had this as well.

To add a saved search to a customer profile - cick on their name in the lead manager adn then click "Searches" tab.

There will be the text
Add Search (This is the link you click)
This lead currently has no saved searches.
