Default V 2.0 Questions and Issues

I tried changing the status of one of the IDX users to rejected and got the following error message: You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ''Resource id #4' at line 1

Also, if you assign a lead to an agent, is the agent supposed to get an e-mail notification they have been assigned a lead.

    Hello Eddy

I have fixed the problem with rejecting leads.

The agent is supposed to get an email notification upon being assigned a lead. Is this not happening for you?

It didn't yesterday. Now it won't let me add an agent.

Did an e-mail test and that works now. Is the agent that receives the e-mail supposed to get a link to login to accept or reject the lead and to make notes? The one I tried did not.

UPDATE: I just logged in under an agent's username and password I had set-up and they have full access to my back end including editing the content on my site. I hope this isn't the way it is designed. Agents should only be able to access the leads assigned to them. Please let me know.

Did you set them up as an admin?

Eddy, I just logged in as Barbara, and did not see any access to the site at all, just her leads, which is how it is supposed to work - is it possible you actually logged back in as yourself, Steve did you fix this?

I think what happened Eddy, is you never actually logged out as super admin, and went straight to the logins page (While still logged in) and put in Barbara's info, which because you were never logged out, did not log you in as her./

I think Steven made a correction. I logged completely out, cleared the cache and it continued to allow Barbara access. Steven set up himself as an agent so I know he was doing testing. Check with him and see what he did.

When you assign a buyer to an agent, the agent should get the login URL at the bottom of the e-mail.
