Hello Guys,
I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself. I am a web developer here in Orlando, Florida. I just recently got into web site design for the real estate industry. You can find a couple of my sites in my signature. I own over 30 domains, not related to real estate. Earlier this year I went through a couple of slow months, (December and January) which I thought was a perfect opportunity to get into the Industry Related Template business. This way I do not have to build custom web sites that take a month to build and I have to worry about creativity every time I start a project. Besides template style of web site is just easier to market and even easier to turn over. I can also train web monkeys to process them for me. So I decided to venture into real estate first. So far I am doing pretty well.

I am glad I found this forum, via JimMessenger.com, via JimOlenBush.com, via Google search "realtor link exchange". I think it may be quite useful.

weird way to display messages! The forum developer should move our profile picks to the left with all relevant user information, along with date and time stamps. It would save allot of room!
