Looking for new article ideas

Hey,
We're trying to generate some new ideas for articles. We research all the latest real estate news and home improvement ideas, and do our best to keep the articles trendy, but let's face it, you guys are out there in the trenches, you know what the customers want to hear about.

Think of the sorts of questions you're asked, or what would be of interest to your customers. Also, as realtors, what sorts of articles spark interest for you?

Any ideas you can throw our way would be a great help, the more interesting and timely they are, the better the chances of them being picked up by multiple sites and being directed back at your urls.

Have you researched the building green topic...

Big topic in my market and I'm sure in others is Foreclosures. People don't understand that it is not as easy to "Flip That House" as TLC makes it seem.

We've done articles on foreclosures, but I'm curious from your point of view why flipping isn't as easy as some may think?

Attend a local training course or seminar. Getting out of the office instead sitting in front of the computer can solve many writers block issues.
