IDX Not Sending Auto Emails..Cannot Register

Several issues really...The IDX hasn't been sending the listings related to the saved search that I had set up. I deleted my entire account and wanted to set it up again with one exactly the same in GSMLS. Even though in the backend it does not find my email address or info, it won't let me register or sign in or create a search

We had a look and it seems that you don't have any saved searches.

Search for email addresses containing "zanz" to find you.

I also had no issues signing in and registering.... Did you get any error messages?
