Agent List: Spam e-mail

I just got this e-mail wanting me to buy a list of Agents and Mortgage companies for $3k. THREE GRAND! They say their list is updated every Jan 1st. so it is accurate. Only thing is I got this e-mail on a very old e-mail address I use to use when I got into the business back in 2002. Its even addressed to the broker I was under back at that time. So much for a Current List.

I really don't know why we would need to buy a list of agents and mortgage brokers e-mail addresses, but if you are considering it, DON'T! Most of these are JUNK!

I get these every other day I set them to junk/spam a while ago but they keep on comin'

I'm sure you could come up with a better idea than that. There are plenty of expired listings on MLS and FSBO's on the interent that there's no point in buying any list.
