    Default KeysToTheHouse.com Site Review

    Hi all. I'm trying to reach more realtors and rental agencies to better grow my site. Any feedback is always welcome.

    My site, www.keystothehouse.com that is designed for an easy way for realtors/rental agencies to maintain purchase and rental property on their sites. All properties are maintained on my keystothehouse.com site and the realtors are either given a unique URL to frame in their site for their property or they can connect VIA a webservice that we offer so they can do anything they want with their data. Anyhow, I offer more features than most of my competitors including online availability calendars and booking at a much cheaper price, but I'm having a hard time getting realtors/rental agencies to find my site. Once they find it and sign up, I get great remarks. I'm looking to see if anyone has any advice to get realtors/rental agencies to find and understand how my site can help them. Any help would be appreciated.

    Thumbs up I have some ideas!

    Make flyers with some catchy phrase, like FREE ONLINE HOME RENTAL LISTING SERVICE

    Then you can put on the bottom free for first month or something, you know a disclaimer.

    On this flyer put a link to the web site, of coarse additional support text about your service.

    Then take it to all Real Estate offices and ask to leave them in the individual realtor’s box.

    -------------------------- OR ----------------------------

    Talk to sales managers and ask them if you can come speak at some point during the month. They will actually be willing to do this, you will be surprised. When you come give some free advice before your pitch.

    -------------------------- OR ----------------------------

    Find marketing representatives with certain organizations related to the real estate industry. For instance Fidelity National Title has marketing people for each local office. I partner up with several.

    I give free stuff to them for their events, which are targeted to Realtors. For instance;

    I created http://www.ExtremeVirtualTours.com a virtual tour provider.

    To test market this company, I gave away free virtual tours at events. I made these little coupons that said "free virtual tour" blah, blah, blah. Then I had a jar where people put in there business cards to enter. I gave 5 free away. Then I took the jar of card at the end of the night and the next day made calls, telling them about my service.

    I sold this site, concept, equipment to a company in Miami.

    You can do the same thing with listings, make coupons, go to events and give them away!

    -------------------------- OR ----------------------------

    Go to leads groups in your city. Go to Google and type in "your city leads group" or "your city business networking". At all leads groups, there are always the same people every time. Mortgage, Title and Realtor, if you’re lucky you may get home inspector, appraiser, surveyor, lawyer, pest control. All of which are very good networking partners.

    For instance I own a web site for mine;

    Orlando Leads Group and business networking

    Still working on the site though!

    -------------------------- OR ----------------------------

    Join your local Realtor Association and participate. They will take companies in the real estate industry.

    -------------------------- OR ----------------------------

    Search engine ads

    ----------------------------------------------------------

    Actually you may try all of the above.

    I like the site.

    I just started a site, www.azmultiplelistingservice.com, similar to this one. I would be interested in hearing what you've done to get realtors/rental agencies to find and understand how your site can help them.
