Email Marketing is something really important and if you don't have the time to do it properly, you should better outsurce it to someone that is doing that with passion and full time as living from it.
You have "a subscriber", that "subscriber" is in your list with a purpose, he's waiting/looking for the proper moment and for the proper deal. But if you send him things he's really not interested, to give you an example: You have a subsciber that is looking for hot deals in NJ, but you send him your monthly newsletter with info about how to clean your garden, cut the bushes, etc. Be pretty sure you just lost your subscriber. He is waiting an entire month since he's your subscriber and he's looking for something important for him and not how to cut the lawn, etc.
All this said, I want to hear from you how you deal with all these aspects and how do you manage your subscriber list?
Can you reply on this:
1) How big is your subscriber list? (taliking about optin confirmed subscribers)
2) HOW WELL do you know what your subscriber wants from you(r newsletter)?
3) Are you open for changes to improve your communication with your subscribers?
3.1) Will you go the "extra mile" for your subscribers?
Looking for your feedback!
Robert
P.S. I'm not here to sell anything, just want to know how the Email Marketing works on Real Estate Market.
