My squidoo lens is losing juice.

What do you guys think? I need some help to write a good compelling lens. It ranked at 49000 then fell to 62000. Here is my lens. Any tips to improve the wording?

With this as your caption, "When most people thinks "Charlotte Real Estate Market" they think stability." I think I'll defer to the 'others'.

You do have some different ideas, I would be interested in your source of information that contradicts the information you question.

thats a excellent ryan, soon as i learn how to get around in there. just seeing what its all about, but joining a group probably would be the best way to get in the squidwho.

What is the benefit of having a higher ranked squidoo profile?

i am not quite sure yet since i just really started geting into it. when i logged in today, i just noticed that the rank was pretty impressive since i don't really write articles.

i think getting lens moved to a better rank will get me on the front page of the top 100 lens and since it is estimated that over 200,000 new visitors are coming to squidoo. at that rate i would like to be one of the first ones to get my message on their so potential clients that don't know they are clients will read my message and want more information.

if i am going over the top at least i have a link and hopefully rank on the serps.

Minor tweaks and joining groups certainly have value, however, you will not move up in lensrank unless you have a substantial amount of traffic. I've never seen traditional real estate lenses rank well at Squidoo. Squidoo is good for long tail type keyphrases.
