i would imagine it does. sex has been the most consistent seller since close to the beginning of times. i don't think that is going to change for the next 100 years. as long as you can do it tasteful i think you might do alright.

For me, I don't really look at anything other than the article title. Though, I can imagine some people clicking on articles just for that.

You want a memorable icon. Sexy can't hurt. A memorable icon won't automatically mean diggs b/c only a % of diggers click through to look at the profile. All the little things add up, though.

Hmm... that's an interesting idea. I would be interested to know about your results of you plan on following through with this. I would assume it would help get more digs, but I am not sure.
