I saw this thread, while browsing. Hopefully this won't get deleted as SPAM. I'm actually looking for Loan Officers or Real Estate Professionals to beta test my hosted predictive/auto dialer. I'm not asking for any money, only that you pay the actual cost for telephone minutes you use (the rate is around 1.4 cents/minute) and be willing to help me identify and fix bugs and offer feature improvements.

My dialer is geared more towards smaller operations, and my intent is to bring predictive dialer technology to the SMB market.

Hopefully, unless market conditions tell me otherwise, I hope offer the dialer at at $200 flat fee/month for unlimited users plus telephone usage....which I think is significantly less than other solutions available.

I will say that call quality depends mostly on what VoIP provider your "hosted dialer" uses and your Internet connection. If your hosted dialer software is using a a cheap VoIP termination provider, then you will get poor call quality. If they are using a higher end provider, the quality will be much better. Anyone can buy phone minutes from the big guys, even small shops like me.

In fact call quality varies so greatly, that most providers have 3 Tiers of service. If you want to pay the extra fractions of a cent/minute, then they can pretty easily guarantee you better call quality.

It can solely do multiple tasks without the help of call center agents, who can then utilize their time in many other important works. Auto dialer has the competence to enhance the efficiency of the operators by removing the manual dialing processes which are somewhat time consuming and non productive procedures.
