New HUD maximum loan amounts released

HUD has rolled out its updates to the county by county maximum loan amounts on their website at https://entp.hud.gov/idapp/html/hicost1.cfm

Just pick your state, fill in your county name, select the loan program from the limit type dropdown and see the new limits for your area.

We got some nice increases in our FHA and Fannie/Freddie maximum loan limits in some counties here in SW Florida.

Looks right to me. $271,050 limit for FHA and $417 limit for Fannie/Freddie.

I'm seeing 419k for Portland Metro single family now... and 536k for duplexes.
