Registrant data and Top Producer

Can someone explain the process for getting new REW leads into Top Producer automatically. I also want to know how much of the data from the registrant forms can be pushed into the Top Producer categories.

I want to be able to use the REW lead management for my Buyer Specialists to monitor activity and follow up with prospects. But can all of the REW Lead Management data be appended to the Top Producer client record in the prospect Notes? Can the REW assigned agent also tag the client with the assigned agent in Top Producer?

Sounds redundant I know, but I would like to be able to Map all REW Lead Manager Data to the appropriate Top Producer field. Is this possible.

Surely REW already has developed code that does this for TP, Act, Goldmine and MS.

We have developed code for Top Producer only. I am not sure if the others provide a method of inserting data into their system that top producer does. Most of the fields from REW's lead management system can be sent over to top producer.

Can the REW assigned agent also tag the client with the assigned agent in Top Producer?

I am not sure about this one. The agent is assigned after the lead registers and the data is sent. So currently I do not think this one is possible.


It's a 3hr project to set it up.

The process for getting the work done? Just need to contact sales - or post in the work orders forum. or just approve the 3 hrs right in this thread
