Contact Forwards Email to Friend thru IDX

I hope this is the right place for this...several leads sign into my IDX and forward listings to friends with a small note. On the bottom the system automatically puts: "If you have any questions about this property, please don't hesitate to contact us" Sincerely, Susan Zanzonico....

I don't see a way that I can do this, but I'd like the rest of my info after my name just the way I have it on my other auto responders...phone, email, etc. This is important, as it should be easy for them to just pick up the phone or click on a hotlink, other than the one back to the site in the subject line. Pls advise. Thanks.

Susan, this could certainly be implemented if I understand you correctly, you want a custom signature / message attached to the send to a friend function correct? Just post what you would like it to say in the work orders forum, and the team would be happy to code that in for you.
