    Default notes

I am still showing almost everyone with notes, even though they don't have any. Please change.

    Hi Gregg,

    This has been fixed. http://www.realestatewebmasters.com/thread22655.html

I couldn't find any users with this issue anymore. Let me know which users you see with this issue. Seems fixed to me.

I am showing a lead as new that isn't. How are notes counted? Each entry, or date? Not sure I understand how that is supposed to work.

Which lead? I don't see anyone that has this issue. The notes are counted based on how many notes they have ... so each entry.

So the note are when the make a note or comment? Am I to just leave my comments ( which I hope the don't see) in middle comment field? I hope the new CMS is better.

    Lead Management

    Manage Leads(224)
    - Today's Leads(1)
    - Pending Leads
    - Accepted Leads
    - Rejected Leads
    - Closed Leads

See the new lead, that won't clear.

    Hi Gregg,

I'm a bit unclear on what you are asking. Notes are under the notes link. I clicked on the (1) under the "N" column and that brought up a note.

Am I to just leave my comments
You don't have to leave a comment ... The notes would be a good place to put any comments that you have about that lead. Like "Phoned them" or something could go in a note.

See the new lead, that won't clear.
    What won't clear?

I'd be nice if I could actually type a coherent sentence. Gosh, sorry for the missing letters, etc.I actually speak english, just can't type worth a damn

Here is what I mean, there is a new lead, that shows, that is not new. It shows as a new lead- see old copy. It is from 3/10 and today is 3/11. How does one get rid of the "new lead" that is not new? I did some action to it.

As far as the notes, I click on the 1,2,3 or whatever to add new ones?I was not aware of how that worked. This is where a trainer would be helpful or a webinar for basic workings, maybe you could suggest that to Morgan.

On my section of notes, I assume that is not seen, like that last e-mail I sent out? What I am referring to is the remarks section, actually.

I think this is because it calculates Today's leads as 24hrs before the moment that you're looking at it.

Yes - You click on the numbers to view and add new notes.

Correct. They will not be able to view the remarks and the notes that you add.
