i am asking because i want to rank high for a number of keywords. now i wondering about anchor links and the effects they have on high keyword ranks. Does anyone have any input?

Unfortunately the bots can not fully understand and read text yet so we are forced to use anchor links to help them out.

how come you don't have your anchor links saying something like "Charlotte Forclosures" instead of "Sell Now. We buy Charlotte Homes" It doesn't seem like people would type that key phrase. Just trying to help you out.
