MLS Number: 778368 Wrong area, comes up under area 42 and is probably area 53 or 54 as it is Freedom.Please investigate. Shows as 55 Sydney ave, Santa Cruz. This is wrong.

Hi Gregg,
I'm not sure about this one. The data that we have that's pulled from the MLS states otherwise.
The Address of that listing is "55 SYDNEY AV Santa Cruz"
And it's in Area 42
Can you verify in the MLS that this listing has the correct data - or is it wrong in there also? Perhaps the Listing agent was sleeping when he entered the listing?

that the baffling part, the zip code is Freedom area 53 I think.Maybe is should be Santa Cruz County, but definitely not Santa Cruz, seem though it is an REIL issue. Thanks
