I'm not sure here Gregg ... Can you give me some more details please? What leads are you seeing with this issue? Can you describe how I can duplicate this issue? I'd really like to help - but I don't see the issue myself.
Right at this moment I see the first lead "D Nott" has 0 notes ... all the other new leads that I clicked on with notes (1) do indeed have a note. Alot of them just say "Email ID 5 was sent" - which is from the campaign emails that are sent out. It seemed that you had one still going out when a blank message- so I deacivated that campaign for you. This will stop the notes from being automatically added to the leads.

I do not have any campaigns, so that may be a lead to look into. The next one I get I will send to you. It happened just the other day.
