    Default CMS basic questions

I am just getting rolling with the CMS for my site.

    1) Where do I upload images will be used on my site?

    2) how do you access pages that hidden? For example, the CMS says there are 18 pages, but i can only access/edit 14 of them.

    Thanks -

    Brad Spence

Ok, so in order to upload an image, open the page you want to insert the image into, in the wysiwyg editor you will see a little blue square icon beside the html button, click that (The image uploader tool)

You will see the ibrowser image uploader, don't be intimidated, many of these fancy buttons you won't ever need - What you want to do when looking at the image uploader is click the white square with a green arrow at the bottom to the right hand side. You can now "Browse" your computer for the image you want to upload, click the green arrow to the right of the browse button to upload and now the image is available for your use.

In terms of "hidden" pages - this only refers to them not showing up in the navigation, it does not mean they are "hidden" in the backend - click "manage pages" in the top blue bar, and all editable pages (Both hidden and not hidden) will be there. Click edit on any of them.

    Got it, thanks.

I understand what you are saying aobut the hidden pages, etc. But I don't understand why it says there are 18 pages, but I only see 14 listed? I guess I'll just ignore it and start building??

    Thanks again

Lol that is a dang good question, I just logged into your backend, and I see the same thing - I really don't have the answer to that one, I will see if it's just a bug in the count or something.
