Hooray, with recent rule changes from my MLS my upcoming new REW site will have it's best chance at success and I will be biting the bullet to include the REW IDX. Many times more then I had originally thought I would spend on this site but I am convinced it will pay off down the road. Thanks fro the encouragement, everyone.

Now to the meat: I will be moving my old domain to the new site and at the same time creating an entirely new site and content.

Right now I use 'all' the most important keywords on the homepage, I don't like it because the page is large but it seemed to work. With the old site it is extremely hard to get individual pages listed, I have some success here, but it is not a 'clean' site at all. I want the REW to be different.

I would like opinions on how little content for each page is best, along with the contact forms and IDX results.

I will be going to city pages will links to neighborhood pages that are in those cities, and of course the forms and IDX.

I'll be listening to the advice of REW on everything they care to advise or comment on, but I need the advice from all you top ranked hard working SEO real estate members.

1. What size should each page be?
2. What layout returns the best results? i.e. Listing examples 1st or text 1st.
3. Time to brag ~ If you site is ranked #3 or higher for top keywords and your layout works great, would you please post here or pm me. I just what to see how you do things and develop a theme and outline I can build my site with.

Thanks in advance ~ I have not received any Bad advice here yet!
Sleeves rolled up now and ready to go!
