    Question Home Value Comp plugin?

I notice there are several RE websites out there that offer home value comparison tools, or what your home is worth. Here's a couple samples:

    http://www.owners.com/tools/comps/comp.asp
    http://www.valuemyhouse.com/

I'm wondering if anyone has found a plugin, subscription, or server software that allows this type of technology to be inserted into an existing website?

Most of these "tools" are just lead generators and a human does the work.

I understand, but I am looking for the home value tool, per se. Any idea where to get it?

If you find one let us know. As far as i know there isn't one. If there was the big lead generators would have it, then they could charge even more for the "leads" that they pass along. Even the best CMA software I have seen the agent has to choose the homes for the comps.

The one site, http://www.owners.com/tools/comps/comp.asp has immediate data returned to the user - it is not manual, as far as I can see. The second site is definitely manual and a lead generator for $99 a zip code.

There are so many variables involved that I do not know if I would even trust an automated CMA generator.

Actually, there is one. You can find it on realestatejournal.com, and it is created by Fidelity Title. Maybe it is more of a comp generator, I can't remember.

    But I don't think they're sharing.
