Listings For A Subdivision Page

I want to create a subdivision or neighborhood page and I want to be able to post what homes are for sale in the same format as what we input for our featured listings, but instead input homes that are for sale in the neighborhood. Can I do that? How do I do that?

Hi Mark,

You wouldn't be able to do that without some custom programming. He's my solution for this. You see the snippet #lm-listings# in the CMS? On this snippet we could add another Variable that you could set... say something like this.

$subdivision = "Tuxedo Park Subdivision" ...

Then on your Tuxedo Park Subdivision page you would make a copy of this snippet and change that variable ( so you'd need to create a snippet for each subdivision page ) ... then it would pull out the listings that you have entered based upon the subdivision .... I think it would work for what you are trying to do and would be about an hour to implement and provide an example.

If that sounds like something you'd like please approve the 1hr quote and we'll get it into production.

Once you guys have this ironed out (Assuming it is something you want done) I would appreciate it if you could formalize your request and post it along with approval in the work orders forum, that way it does not get missed
