Correct. I just did a search on cuil for a service and 50% of the results were co.uk

Doesn't seem like cuil has worked out local search and geographic targeting.

I am a newer site and probably still in Google's sandbox 9even though I'm on the first page) but Cuil has really oddball choices and my site is nowhere to be found. Not sure what to make of it.
Great Oakland Real Estate Information. Search the MLS for Oakland homes and condos. Berkeley, Piedmont and Alameda too!

And on top of that they are displaying pictures from car rental sites to go along with Real Estate sites and vice versa. It is really messed up!

I don't see anyone touching Google for awhile. I saw another 2 search engines that popped up with large venture capital funding and they ended up folding within the first 6 months. Also I own a few high traffic websites in which the stats are showing Google accounts for around 76% of the search engines traffic and these are non-tech niches which means the other tech and internet niches can see Google being around 90% of their search engine traffic.

No way! google rules the search arena. Bing (msn) seems to be doing a lot of advertising though.
