    Default Lead Management Questions

    1. The lead management system is experiencing some extremely slow load times. Is there something that can be done to speed it up?

    2. How long is the timeout period set for that makes us re-sign into the system? Can it be extended?

    Hi Eddy,
We reported your slow load time yesterday and it will be looked at promptly. I apologize for any inconvenience. We will keep you updated.

Yesterday was my site and today is the CMS which may or may not be on a different server.

Or it may be in the pipeline and not at REW? Some other things are slow today from here as well.

Every other site I go to is loading at normal speed. If this was the first or second time, I would not have asked.

    Hello

The lead manager and your website are hosted on the same server.

As for staying signed in. When you log in there is a check box for "Remember Me on this Computer". Check that and you should stay signed in for a long time. Without it I think you will get booted after an hour and a half.

Steven, I can usually stay logged in for a good amount of time, however initially logging in and once your in, it still runs extremely slow.

    Hi Richard,

Give that a try now ... seems faster for me now.
