Review of Custom Real Estate Website

I'm in the final stages of the development of a custom real estate website and would love to get some feedback on the look and feel and ease of use.

It's on a development server, so any delay in the loading of pages or images will be resolved when the site is live.

Please feel free to send any comments, thoughts, feedback. I'm open to any and all suggestions for improving the site.

I noticed that when the introduction to the new site popup comes on, it looks like the link to the cashback at closing offer would be clickable, but when I try click it refused to let me.

I also tried to click the "cash back at closing" graphic on the bar towards the top of the page and that didn't work either.

I did finally find it on the right side, but since it seems to be a focus of the site, you might want to make those two things clickable.
