RETS database

Hi -- newbee here. I'm looking into restructuring our Access db to be RETS compliant, but am having trouble finding sample data models. I've looked all over the RETS sites and downloaded several documents. Does anyone know of an Access sample database?

Sample data should be attained directly from your MLS board, nowhere else - it won't help you much to build a db structure around the wrong data.

are all the MLS databases currently in the required format? ie Oklahoma City? Anyway, I'm wanting to setup the db structure to be able to accept and perhaps transform the data we get from our MLS's. Are there any sample databases out there?
