    Default Agents not getting emails when leads are assigned

    First - the team from Waterfront Properties is really liking the new CMS2.0!!!

    When we assign a lead to the agents the agents are not receiving emails? This may be related to the same issue that is not sending out communications to our registration prospects???

    We started registering new prospects on Friday at 2:00 - we have had over 80 registrations this weekend!!!

    Thanks as always for your prompt assistance.

    Check spam folders / filters. That's where new lead notifications and agent lead assignment emails were going when I first converted to the new CMS. Many new lead notifications still do, because the system sends them to you as if they were from the lead's email address, and not from the site admin's, so you may have to add each lead's email address to your approved sender list in the spam filter. I make it a habit to check spam folders 3-4 times a day now, instead of just 1x at beginning of the day.

    Hi David,

    I tested it out by signing myself up as an agent and a lead then assigning myself to the lead. I got an email from "no-reply@waterfront-properties.com" ...which might have been caught by the spam filters as Ron mentions.

    As far as the "communications to our registration prospects" ... do you mean the auto responder emails?
