RETS database sample - mySQL, Access, anything

Well, I have tried everything I can to get this from the RETS support people. So far, all I get is information on XML and Metadata.

"Peter Spicer would like to have entity relationship diagram to help with sharing the data with the customers who do not know about XML or Schema. This would be in addition to the simple class diagram.
Action – Put some logical ordering to the elements in the schemas. The logical ordering should be grouping by like then alphabet"

There is a hypermodel, but it's for v1.x and it's in .png format. Hard to read and understand. I've not been successful in getting related documentation from RETS.

I'm still trying to get this from them and will gladley post it here when I do (in the spirit of openness)!

This is joke technology I am convinced. It was my understanding that Coldwell Banker tried to implement it company wide during the last year, and it is extremely evident that this idea was a failure.
