Personally I like Dirk Zeller's books, there are quit a few to choose from. Start anywhere you want depending how long you have been in the business.

I love this one. I have both books on CD. Millionaire Mind is the other one. I think I listed to it about 4-5 times by now.

A People's History of the United States by Howard Zinn would be on the top of my recommended reading list (If you haven't read it already, it's pretty old).
