Hi all,

I have created a blog.. I have started promoting it and will carry on.. It is a general real estate & property site..

What I have come to realize that, there is no way I will be able to fill it up with good quality content, content as new categories, locations, projects etc.. so I am thinking of letting other webmasters to write/post their own articles/content/categories etc.. so they can have more links to their sites, and also if the site receives enough organic traffic , it can pass it over to other sites.. And ofcourse to my sites too..

Obviously I will have to check spammy stuff etc.. Or perhaps I can automate if this goes well.

So I am curious, how many of you will be interested in such a thing ?
Is this a good idea ? will this work for both parties ??
