Just checking in - It's been a week since I've had time to post here.

I've gone from my usual 10+ comments a day to nothing for over a week.

Quite honestly I've been slammed with business and have not had time to breath let alone hang out on the forums or work on my websites. Unfortunately most of my recent clients have been tire kickers and they seem to want to kick every tire in town. Yesterday it was a doctor in the $600K - $800K range, the day before that an attorney looking for condos up to $550K Next weekend I've got a CEO who is going to look at waterfront properties with me by boat and a handful of clients looking for cabins in the $300K - $400K market. I must have a tattoo on my forehead that says "HOMES 4SALE TAXI" because its what I'm starting to feel like. Everyone wants to drive around with me, nobody wants to buy anything. I feel like charging a fare for every mile driven or for every home shown.

Michael, nice to hear from you. How's the baby? Getting any sleep? Anyways, that sounds like a typical buyer these days. Don't worry, eventually they will buy something soon. As for me, I doing okay. Got a couple of escrows this past week and hopefully a few more soon. But last month I felt like taxi driver!
