    Default Assigning Agent

When a lead comes in, is it important to assign an agent? All leads are mine, I don't have a team, can they be automatically assigned to me? Do I need to go in and change that, or is it okay to keep them as unassigned?

It will make no difference for you whether your leads are assigned or not. However, you could still use this feature as a way of organizing your leads. You could mark a lead as assigned once you have been in contact with them or once they have responded to an email or call from you.

If you would prefer for the leads to automatically be assigned to you, please post a request in work orders.

If you are the only user, don't bother - you can manage them all from super admin.
