Whats too much to ask for with Lead Referrals

It would only be those that have what I called "major Activity" so if there is no activity for the week, all they would have to do is send me an email that says "no new activity for week of whatever"

I'm in a similar situation, trying to manage Web prospects and turned them into clients. Outlook, act and topproducer are geared more towards client management. What I'm looking for is a separate system for lead management. One of the products I've come across is leads360 . com or something similar. The mortgage industry seems like it might have some products that he real estate team might be able to use to manage leads.
