Question before I reply, do you carry any listings?

I typically work as a buyers agent so the answer is no. However I am being encouraged by Keller Williams to take more listings to follow their business model.

By the way, I hired your content writing team to re-write my home page.

Looks good but I am having a hard time visually with the dark gray background and then the light gray font for the text in the paragraphs, then the yellow highlight box really sticks out and distracts me even further from reading the light gray font in the paragraphs.

If the font/text was white it would be a lot easier, then change the h1, h2 etc to gray, so basically swap colors.

Just my opinion, everything else is fine.

Are you planning on keeping the REW standard top navigation, or has that just not be replaced with your previous navigation first?

I would recommend (Because you have an REW IDX) a quick search - and if you are going to be carrying featured listings, a featured listings module as well.

Also, be sure to tell the dev team which cities you focus on, you do NOT want to have the entire FMLS list in your cities selection it makes it unmanagable for users.

I agree about the grey btw, I would recommend a strong contrasting color (Perhaps red, to go along with KW branding?) This would look really sharp and access the elements well.

It looks good, but I was having trouble with the top buttons today (all gave a Error 404), the ones on the left are seeming to work though. I agree webmaster, a medium red would look really sharp and make your site stand out.

I do plan on keeping the top navigation. I will take your advice on the featured listings box, and quick search. I was even thinking about a market watch to be placed to the left.

Yes those links are not set up yet. I appreciate the feed back about the color of the text and links. I will work on that.
