Hello Jodi,

The first thing I noticed on your site, and in my opinion a "Total" turnoff, was your "PayPal Verified" images do not link to PayPal's secure server for verification.

I'll be honest I think it migh be a great gift. My drawback is that I like to be able to see things in person, see the quality, see all of the pages..... With that said it becomes very hard for me to buy something online unless I have seen one before or already use the product.

well, I am sure it's a nice gift to have. I had received something like that when I purchased my new car a couple years ago...
It's still in the trunk...

I think one of the problems might be that there are SO many Closing gifts out there that it's tough to find that perfect niche gift that EVERY agent will want. I have people calling me ALL the time about.. buy this closing gift, your clients will LOVE it, think of the referrals you get from it and just one more sale pays for it all.. yawn.... it gets bothersome.

See, this is the kind of thing I want to hear about. The last thing I want to do is be lost in a sea of unwanted closing gifts. People have told me to send emails with exactly what you've written as leaders. This is not something I want to do. I have vowed never to spam anyone to try and increase my sales so emailing agents is out for me. I'll have to find some other way to connect.

The other thing I want to avoid is creating a product that gets tossed in a trunk. I've only started selling this product because I made and used one myself and found it very helpful. I'll have to find a way to ensure that there are no inhibitors to using it. In any event, your feedback leads me to believe that my website doesn't do a good job overcoming these issues. I sincerely thank you for your input.

Oh, and BTW, your site would load a lot faster and Look the same if you optimized the pictures to a lower size.... try an online tool like:

If you dont have photoshop....
