Real Law Central: Do you subscribe

Anyone subscribe to or had subscribed to Real Law Central? I am considering it and looking for feedback; Both Good and Bad.

I am also interested in any recommendations you have on other Real Estate Law articles.

I used to subscribe for a class while in college. I found it very helpful, with tons of useful information!

I guess it would not be as useful to an agent as it would be to a Brokerage. I do find the teaser articles very interesting and I'd like to read more, but so many of these things are a waste.

Tell me, what class was it in college.

I find the teaser articles intriguing too, but I also have the feeling that it is just a waste of time to subscribe to it. I would also like to know what class you had to subscribe for Rachael.
